Experience skin renewal that goes deeper than the surface. SkinPen® microneedling at IABR delivers clinically proven results for texture, tone, and scar remodeling
What Is Microneedling?
Microneedling is a minimally invasive skin renewal treatment that uses ultra-fine needles to create controlled microchannels in the skin's surface. These microchannels activate the body’s natural wound-healing process, stimulating the production of collagen and elastin.
As new fibers form in response to the controlled micro-injury, skin becomes visibly smoother, firmer, and more even in tone and texture; no heat, lasers, or harsh chemicals.
At IABR, we use SkinPen®, the world's first FDA-cleared microneedling device and the most clinically studied microneedling pen on the market. Here’s what sets it apart:
- In a pivotal clinical trial, 90% of subjects showed a clinically meaningful improvement in acne scar appearance after just three treatments
- Medical-grade safety thanks to proprietary single-use BioSheath™ sterile cartridge, eliminating any risk of cross-contamination between patients
- Results are driven entirely by your body's own regenerative process, and continue to develop over weeks following each session
By creating precise micro-channels in post-surgical scar tissue, SkinPen® breaks down dense, fibrous bundles and encourages the skin to lay down new, organized collagen. This results in scars that are softer, flatter, and more seamlessly integrated with the surrounding skin. For our reconstruction patients, this is particularly meaningful.
